Payment Condition

- Only Visa, MasterCard, JCB and PayPal 

- Purchases and shipping are charged in the nominated currency of the THB.     

Shipping & Delivery Time

- Shipping Cost SGD 23

- Free Delivery on Orders Over SGD 225

- Delivery Times 10-14 working days

Return

- Return within 15 days of receiving the item.

- Any items that meet our conditions can be returned

- Anything VSVS reasonably believes the item has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. 

Order Cancellation

- Please contact us first by email, FB Messenger or Line.

- Any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled.

- If your order cannot be cancelled it will be processed and delivered.

Refund

- Refunds with fully amount after VSVS has been finished checking item returned. 

-  Refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 45 days.

==Ship in Thailand==

จัดส่งฟรีทั่วประเทศ ด้วย DHL 

- จัดส่งภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ โดยนับจากวันที่ลูกค้าชำระเงิน (สำหรับช่องทางบัตรเครดิตหรือโอนเงิน) หรือนับจากวันที่ทำรายการสั่งซื้อ (สำหรับช่องทางเก็บเงินปลายทาง)     

จัดส่งด่วน ด้วย GrabBike 

- จัดส่งด่วน ภายใน 1 วัน (เฉพาะลูกค้าในกรุงเพทฯ เท่านั้น) คิดค่าจัดส่งตามระยะทางจริง โดยส่งจากคลังสินค้าไปยังที่อยู่ผู้รับโดยตรง

วิธีการชำระเงิน 

- บริการเก็บเงินปลายทาง จ่ายเงินเมื่อได้รับสินค้าจากเจ้าหน้าที่ DHL โดยไม่ต้องมัดจำล่วงหน้า

- บริการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคารกสิกร แจ้งสลิปการโอนผ่าน FB Messenger หรือ Line     

 - ชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต / เดบิตได้อย่างสะดวกและปลอดภัยผ่าน PayPal เมื่อทำรายการสั่งซื้อในเว็บไซต์ www.vsvs.co 

การเปลี่ยนสินค้า

- สินค้าทุกชิ้นสามารถเปลี่ยนไซซ์ได้ภายใน 15 วันนับจากวันที่ทำรายการสั่งซื้อ

การคืนสินค้า

- ติดต่อเรา ก่อนจัดส่งสินค้าคืนกลับมา ผ่านทาง FB Messenger หรือ Line ID: @vsvs.co ภายใน 15 วันนับจากวันที่ทำรายการสั่งซื้อ

- หากมีเหตุผลให้ทางแบรนด์เชื่อว่าสินค้าที่คืนกลับมาไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไข เช่น ชำรุด, ผ่านการซัก, สวมใส่ หรือไม่มีป้ายราคา สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับคืนไปยังลูกค้าตามเดิม
